We have spent so much time and energy preparing our children for extracurricular gains and academic accomplishments that they have missed some of the key learnings required to “succeed” at each phase of life: identifying personal strengths, weaknesses, and purpose; mastering effective communication skills; and learning the daily, practical “how to”s to be successful in life.
